Our fresh roasted coffee is fresher and cleaner and maybe “greener” then you may think! We only use fresh “hot air” to roast our coffee leaving it free of combustion fumes and biproducts that come from burning a fuel such as natural gas or propane.
This process of using convection heat is simplistic and effectual for roasting coffee and is obviously cleaner and healthier. And since we don’t directly burn a fuel we’re putting out less pollution and that also is a benefit to all of us all around! Now, roasting coffee will always be a dirty business but, small batch, roasted to order and non-fuel roasting cleans it up a fair bit!
