Organically grown, smooth, clean and mild. Light/juicy body with notes of black tea and dark chocolate. This delightful bean comes from Chiapas Mexico and is a great choice for those who enjoy a mildly complex coffee that won’t linger on the tongue for hours after drinking a cup. We developed this to a medium/dark roast (Vienna) to give it a little more robust flavor as it didn’t build interest till past second crack but came into it’s own soon after.
